These pictures were taken with my mobile phone. It began in 2007, when I exhibited puddle pictures "Ciel à Terre" ( "Up to Earth" in french ). I was then taking care of an exhibition space at La Belle Hortense, a book shop / wine café in Paris. An artist let me down a couple of days before his opening. I had to improvise - I decided to show my mobile phone pictures, which seemed like a crazy idea at the time. Some people even advised me not to mention that they were taken with a mobile phone, I did and it provoked a buzz. Everything was sold in several editions.
